Note: All McKAL mouse work natively with Windows/Mac/Linux.
Use XMBC if you need to program the mouse keys. Choose "Simulated Keystrokes" in the dropdown.
XMBC allows assignment of different key (keystrokes) in different application, may not work for certain games.
